Nice and light military binocular. Also made by OIP ( Optique et Instruments de Precision) the marking "ABL" is explained as "Armee Belge / Belgisch Leger", which means Belgian Army in French and Flemish.

The reticule is on the right side. The lenses are coated. The eyepieces are made of rubber.
