Made bij Nedinsco at Venlo ( Nederlandse Instrumenten Compagnie) It's a heavy and sturdy pair of binoculars, made by the company that originally was was founded by Carl Zeiss Jena in 1921 and has been involved in developing high-quality optical, mechanical and electronic systems ever since. In 1953 the company became fully independent.
M.v.O (Ministerie van Oorlog) means Ministry of War. In 1959 it became the M.v.D.(Ministerie van Defensie), the Ministry of Defence. The reticle is on the left side.
