This small, but excellent bino was made between 1930 and 1939 at the city of Utrecht.

In 1939 production of a series of these 6 x 24 prism-binoculars for the Dutch army began.

In may 1940 Holland was invaded bij the Germans and the order could not be finished.

IBU means Instrumentenfabriek Bleeker Utrecht ??????
