This is a military binocular RD 7x40 from the company Zrak in Bosnia.
During the cold war VEB Carl Zeiss Jena and Zrak Bosnia had a cooperation in optic items.
So the famous Carl Zeiss Jena 7x40 military binoculars became a clone which was manufactured at Zrak Bosnia till today.
These Zrak binoculars were used during Balkan wars and at Iraq.
It is featuring an extremely sturdy and heavy body, a reticle at right tube and a detector for active infra-red sources, which is charged by the UV contribution of the daylight.
The eyecups are made of soft rubber and fold in so that the binocular can be used with gas-mask.
